I am a complete beginner at golf and I am glad I found your link. I never even knew that there were three different types of ball. I will take your advice and see how I get on. At this stage I can only get better!

If you’re buying a gift get something that he will recognize as a good ball (i.e. Titleist proV1 or Callaway Tour) Even if it doesn’t match his particular swing metrics it’s all about name brand. Kind of like buying him a Ferrari when in reality a Dodge will suit his day to day needs more.

I used to used cheap balls, but the better I got themore i wanted to take even 1 or 2 stokes off my game. I now spend TONS of money every eyar on balls.

It is very interesting that you say that about the different balls and how they affect a golf game. I picked up a rough batch of golf balls that had been fished out of the water trap and had the best game of golf ever.

I love what you are going here. We all understand just how important the swing is to a great golf game. We also know how important the grip is to the swing. Golf ball selection is so important for placement and distance. What a game, I love it.

I agree you need to have the best golf balls to accompany your golf swing and aid your game in the best possible way. Titleist for me are the best they are always reliable and never let me down !

Thanks for these great golf tips. My husband loves golf and I was going to get him some balls a long with a few other things but I have no idea there were so many different types. how do I know which kind to get?
